Troop scoops has great ice cream. They do not scimp on sizes or quality. While I have not eaten their meals, they do look and smell appealing. Highly recommend.

I love going her for Ice Cream or even for a bit to eat. They have a large selection on their menu. The service is a little slow, if your in a hurry. But the food is good.
