Sip has a great atmosphere. I have found the food to be good as well as the wine selection. I agree that happy hour is the way to go as the prices do feel a bit on the steep side. It's like being downtown but not.
SIP has a great selection of wines and there tapas are really good. On the spendy side. but nice place for happy hour. There spreads & pita are really tasty.
Sip on the plateau is okay. Food is so so, not ideal for families. Sip did not meet my satisfaction; it was over priced for what you get. It is a nice place and convenient location, but not my favorite place.
This is the place to be if crowds say anything. The food is great. The wine selection is extensive. The scenery is amazing. Sip was rated one of the top "cougar" bars in the seattle area. Standing room only of Sat. nights.
