During the peak season in the summer. I would definately recommend trying to go on off season or before or after the peak dinner/lunch hour. The food is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. It can get loud during a the dinner/lunch rush.
We have always enjoyed to food at Doogers. There breading is very light and you can really taste the seafood. When in season, their razor claims are to die for. Great chowder too!
Doogers Seafood & Grill has wonderful clam chowder. Their lunch and dinner menus have a good selection of items. Like their seafood selection. The staff is always pleasant and courteous.
This is a pretty good seafood restaurant and in the past they have half price dinners on Wednesdays in the winter for seniors. That is a very good bargain. They have good clam chowder. Of course, they have other things besides seafood, but…
