I love this place! It's right on the water and the lunch menu is great. I recommend the chicken salad sandwich! It gets crowded so I'd make reservations the day before.

If you have friends visiting from out of town, you need to go to the Beachcomber for breakfast and sit on the patio. Food is great but the atmosphere is amazing. Service is really good. Best ocean view - you're steps from the sand.
