The best wings in all of NEPA! Their wing sauce is so good that I order extra every time!
Kelly's is probably the best place that has wings in scranton. these wings are amazing and you cant beat wing night with only 25 cents for a wing. the wings are awesome but it is also famous for other foods.

Kelly's has excellent wings and snacks and is a great place to have a beer, maybe watch a game and relax with friends. Their sandwhiches and entrees are also good and they have a warm friendly atmosphere.
They really do have the best wings around and there always is a line to get in on wing night. tHATS WHY i LIKE IT ON A OFF NIGHT so ya pay a little more but no line
