Jessica's is an excellent place to eat breakfast. The waiters are very friendly, the food is fresh, and omeletes are fluffy. Not only is breakfast is good, but they have good pies and desserts. The cheesecake is delicious.
If you are in roscoe and hungry for some breakfast food, this is the place. The service is so good, that I actually catch myself telling them not to give me refills so often.
